v44 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing, registering with, or using any service provided by v44, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register or use v44 in any capacity. v44 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement has not been met. Winnings generated on an account later found to belong to an underage individual will be forfeited in full.

1.2 Single Account

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on v44. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

1.3 Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using v44 is lawful in your jurisdiction. v44 does not provide legal advice on local laws applicable to online gambling. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of v44 does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your country or territory of residence.

To access v44's full range of services, including betting, casino games and financial transactions, you are required to complete the registration process and provide accurate, current and complete information.

2.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide truthful information during registration, including but not limited to: your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional information requested by v44 for the purpose of identity verification (KYC). Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information is a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure.

2.2 Identity Verification

v44 may, at its sole discretion, require you to submit documentation to verify your identity, age, address and payment method ownership at any time. This may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), utility bill, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your v44 account credentials. You agree to notify v44 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. v44 shall not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to safeguard their credentials.

v44 accepts deposits through a range of Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast bank transfers, and direct bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and the 1LINK network. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified at the time of transaction.

3.1 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed in real time and credited to your v44 account within seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via Raast or 1LINK may take between fifteen (15) and sixty (60) minutes to process, depending on your banking institution's processing times. v44 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts on v44 may vary by payment method. Players are advised to check the current deposit limits in their v44 account dashboard, as these may be updated from time to time. Maximum daily deposit limits may apply based on your account verification status and responsible gaming settings.

3.3 Source of Funds

By depositing funds to v44, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used, that the funds are lawfully obtained, and that you are not using funds on behalf of any third party. v44 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

Withdrawal requests on v44 are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible, as part of our anti-money laundering procedures.

4.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

v44 aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within the same business day of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or 1LINK may take one to three business days to reflect in your bank account, subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.

4.2 Verification Requirement

v44 reserves the right to complete identity and payment verification procedures before processing any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be required to do so before withdrawals are approved. This is a standard procedure under our licensing obligations and is not indicative of any irregularity with your account.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your v44 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in the individual promotion's terms and are displayed in your active bonuses dashboard after v44 login.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified expiry period will be forfeited. v44 does not extend bonus validity periods under any circumstances.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

v44 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has exploited, abused or circumvented the terms of any promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, multiple account bonus exploitation, collusion, or use of automated software to claim promotional offers.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time

Only one active bonus may be applied to a v44 account at any given time, unless promotional terms explicitly state otherwise. Opting in to a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the pending bonus.

v44's sportsbook covers cricket, including PSL and international fixtures, along with other sports markets including UFC, football and more. The following rules apply to all sportsbook wagers placed on v44.

6.1 Bet Placement

A bet placed on v44 is binding once the player receives a bet confirmation. v44 reserves the right to void any bet placed as the result of a technical error, incorrect odds display, or where odds have been published with a manifest error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's v44 balance.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. v44 is not obligated to honour odds that have been updated prior to bet placement confirmation. If your requested odds are no longer available, you will be informed before the bet is finalised.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play markets may be suspended at any time during a live event at v44's sole discretion, including for score updates, significant match events or system maintenance. Bets submitted during a suspension period may be voided or returned depending on the point at which the suspension occurred.

6.4 Maximum Payout

Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply on v44's sportsbook. These limits are displayed in individual market terms and may vary by sport and event type.

All casino games available on v44 — including live dealer games, RNG table games and slot titles — are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each title, in addition to these Terms.

7.1 Game Integrity

Random Number Generator (RNG) games on v44 undergo independent third-party auditing to verify randomness and return-to-player (RTP) accuracy. Live casino games are operated by licensed studio providers in real time. v44 does not control live studio operations but ensures all game providers meet regulatory standards.

7.2 Disconnections

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, v44 will finalise the round based on the outcome generated at the point of disconnection, in accordance with the game engine's recorded state. v44 is not liable for losses attributable to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7.3 Maximum Win Limits

Individual casino games on v44 may carry maximum win limits as defined by the game provider. Where a win exceeds the maximum payout threshold for a game, v44 will credit the applicable maximum amount and the excess will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on v44 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on v44 under any circumstances.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using v44 if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with v44's platform, games or promotions.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or technical malfunctions on v44 for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match fixing or any form of sporting fraud that influences wager outcomes.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds obtained through unlawful activity or for the purpose of money laundering.
• Engaging in charge-backs on deposits made to your v44 account without legitimate grounds.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing v44 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Circumventing self-exclusion by registering a new account during a self-exclusion period.

v44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within specified timeframes.
• Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory, law enforcement or financial institution authority.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is suspended due to a breach, v44 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to forfeit balances where the breach is confirmed. Where an account is closed at v44's discretion and no breach is identified, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

v44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing players with tools to manage their activity. We recognise that gambling can be harmful when not approached as entertainment, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

10.1 Player Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all v44 players directly within the account settings dashboard after v44 login:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v44 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages.
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions or errors in game outcomes caused by third-party providers.
• Loss of winnings due to the player's breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Any decision made by v44 in good faith to void a bet or close an account on grounds of suspected fraud or abuse.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits v44's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

By registering with v44, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. v44 reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, v44 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via your registered email address or a platform notification. Continued use of v44 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using v44 and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which v44 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, v44 and you agree to use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication in the first instance.

15.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between v44 and you with respect to your use of the v44 platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings.
